Requirements

A bachelor's degree paired with 3 to 6 years in Business Analysis and Project Management.
Hands-on experience with TPM software, especially platforms like BluePlanner or SAP TPM.
A solid grasp of the CPG industry, including trade terms and promotional strategies.
Proven ability to manage projects using Agile methodologies as well as traditional milestone approaches.
Effective communication skills for engaging stakeholders and resolving issues at various organizational levels.
Capability to navigate ambiguity and adjust plans on the fly while keeping team momentum intact.
