Requirements

A minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a consumer-facing DTC website, with demonstrated success in driving revenue growth.
Hands-on expertise with Shopify, including familiarity with essential integrations and applications that optimize e-commerce performance.
Proven track record of owning a P&L for a DTC platform, encompassing forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
Experience leading small teams—understanding how to set ambitious yet reachable goals while fostering a culture of accountability.
A nuanced understanding of conversion rate optimization, customer retention strategies, and marketing efficiencies.
