Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of five years in production management within food manufacturing.
Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, FDA, USDA, and other food safety standards.
Solid grasp of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
Experience using production planning software and ERP systems.
Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing teams effectively.
