Requirements

5+ years of experience in demand planning or related fields, preferably within the beauty or consumer goods sectors.
Strong proficiency in Excel; comfortable with data manipulation, pivot tables, and advanced formulas.
Familiarity with ERP systems and AI-driven demand planning tools.
Experience conducting SKU-level forecasting and managing complex sales data.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional meetings and communicate effectively with diverse teams.
