Requirements

A minimum of 4 years in workplace or facilities management, specifically with large office spaces exceeding 40,000 square feet.
Experience in planning and executing employee programming and events that enhance workplace culture.
Proven track record of managing vendor relationships, ensuring service levels and budget alignment.
Strong grasp of technology necessary for effective workplace operations, including familiarity with G-Suite, Slack, and Zoom.
Demonstrated ability to design and manage office build-outs or renovations.
