Requirements

4-6+ years of relevant experience in program coordination or event management.
Reside in the San Francisco Bay Area, with a deep understanding of local social justice and impact initiatives.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, particularly in engaging with a variety of stakeholders from grassroots organizers to government officials.
Solid understanding of the social justice landscape, especially regarding anti-hate efforts and community engagement.
Demonstrated ability to manage detailed project timelines while balancing multiple tasks.
A proactive mindset that embraces problem-solving and collaboration.

Benefits
