Requirements

2-5 years of experience in creative strategy or content production, either in-house or at an agency.
A strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns and content that demonstrates refined design sensibilities.
Ability to analyze performance data, interpreting metrics like CTR and engagement to guide creative decisions.
Hands-on experience in production, including managing shoots from concept through post-production.
Familiarity with design software such as Figma, Photoshop, and video editing tools.
Excellent communication skills for articulating concepts to diverse stakeholders.
