Requirements

Minimum of two years' experience in multi-unit operations management.
Proven ability to manage budgets and operational processes in a retail or service setting.
Strong analytical skills, with experience interpreting performance data to drive improvements.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for site visits and meetings.
