Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Over five years in a manufacturing environment, with progressive responsibility.
A minimum of three years in a managerial role, steering teams effectively.
Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles; evidence of application is crucial.
Strong communication skills, particularly in coaching and guiding team members.
Familiarity with SYSPRO or similar ERP systems is advantageous.
