Requirements

A minimum of 8 years in retail, with 3 years in a leadership position overseeing multiple stores.
Proven expertise in opening new stores and training diverse teams effectively.
Adept at analyzing operational data to inform decision-making and drive improvements.
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—capable of engaging teams at all levels.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Physical capability to manage the demands of retail operations, including standing for long periods.
