Requirements

A minimum of 7 years leading within a PEO or HR outsourcing environment.
Demonstrated experience with P&L ownership in businesses generating over $20M in revenue.
Robust knowledge of multi-state employment laws and compliance requirements.
A track record of enhancing worker's compensation strategies and driving underwriting discipline.
Proven skills in financial forecasting, budget management, and margin improvement.
