Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Experience overseeing multiple sites, handling P&L responsibilities, and managing around $10M in revenue.
Demonstrated financial acumen with proficiency in budgeting and performance tracking.
Strong capability in building and mentoring high-performing teams.
Exceptional relationship management skills, particularly with clients and partners.
Ability to analyze data effectively, turning insights into actionable strategies.
Mechanical understanding or background in technical service operations is advantageous.
