Requirements

8–10+ years of experience in eCommerce and digital optimization, preferably in agency, CPG, or DTC settings.
Proficient with DTC eCommerce platforms, particularly Shopify or Shopify Plus.
Demonstrable success in driving conversion rates and revenue enhancements.
Solid grasp of UX/UI principles, customer journey design, and site architecture.
Experience with analytics tools like GA4, Looker, Triple Whale, and Hotjar.
Exceptional project management skills with a history of client-facing communication.
