Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Five or more years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
A demonstrated ability to create compelling strategies that lead to impactful, genuine content.
Experience in building and nurturing relationships with creators and their representatives.
A solid grasp of social media platforms, content formats, and trends.
Strong analytical skills to assess and translate data into actionable insights.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities.
Meticulous organizational skills with an eye for detail.
Familiarity with influencer marketing tools like CreatorIQ, Aspire, or similar platforms.
Experience in marketing within regulated industries is a plus.
