Requirements

6–10 years of experience specifically in U.S. people operations or HR roles.
Expertise in payroll and benefits administration, particularly across multiple states.
Experience managing a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and transitioning to an in-house structure.
Proven track record of supporting rapid hiring in high-growth environments.
Strong working knowledge of U.S. labor laws and compliance regulations.
Excellent judgment skills, particularly in ambiguous situations requiring quick decisions.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a remote and distributed team setting.
