Over 10 years of hands-on experience in go-to-market operations or strategy, with a history of leading multiple complex programs.
A successful track record in driving customer success initiatives, particularly in SaaS or technology sectors.
Proficient in collaboration within matrixed environments, with proven influencing abilities across teams.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, with the capability to balance execution speed against strategic objectives.
Experience in building performance measurement frameworks, including automation of reporting and dashboard creation.
