Requirements

At least 3 years in multi-unit management, ideally in beauty or hospitality.
Demonstrated ability to analyze financial reports and drive profitability.
Experience in developing training programs, with an emphasis on team growth and retention.
Familiarity with appointment booking and inventory management tools.
Strong leadership presence; adept at fostering collaboration among diverse teams.
