At IVitamin, we focus on helping people achieve their wellness goals through IV hydration therapy. As we grow, we are looking for a Chief Operations Maestro to drive our clinic performance and ensure a consistent, exceptional client experience across our Austin-area locations.

Requirements

5+ years in a leadership role focused on operational management, ideally in wellness, healthcare, or retail settings.
History of meeting or exceeding sales targets while guiding teams on sales techniques and client engagement.
Experience in building and developing high-performing teams through direct feedback and structured coaching.
Strong emotional intelligence to address performance gaps and foster a collaborative work environment.
Willingness to be physically present in clinics five days a week, actively engaging with staff and clients.
A nursing background or relevant clinical experience is advantageous.
