Requirements

5+ years of experience in HR or Employee Experience roles, with at least 2 years in a management position.
Proficiency with HR platforms, particularly Workday and ServiceNow, demonstrating hands-on experience in process improvement using these tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret service data and trends effectively.
Experience in managing a team, with a focus on training and developing talent.
