Requirements

A four-year degree is mandatory.
At least 5 years in customer success, program management, or account management, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
Demonstrated expertise in managing customer relationships that have substantial revenue implications.
Familiarity with VoIP technologies, local number portability, and enterprise account management.
Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Jira, and customer ticketing platforms.
Strong leadership abilities, proven coaching skills, and experience developing team talent.
