At Milk Bar’s Logan Circle location, the General Manager is at the helm of our flagship bakery. You’ll guide a diverse team and ensure that every aspect of the operation maintains our standard of excellence, from the quality of our treats to the warmth of our service.

Requirements

Minimum of two years in a managerial role, ideally within food service or hospitality.
A valid Food Protection Certificate, especially if you're based in NYC.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising on quality.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A proactive mentality for identifying and implementing improvements.
Strong communication skills to foster team collaboration and customer interactions.
A genuine interest in food and a passion for desserts and coffee.
Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Regular attendance is crucial for this role.
