Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years in hotel operations, with 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
Proficiency with hotel management software (experience with Opera is a plus).
Strong grasp of financial management principles, including budgeting and forecasting.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
