Requirements

2 to 4 years of hands-on warehouse experience, ideally with stone or building materials.
Proven ability to manage a team of 2 to 10, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
Strong familiarity with forklift operations and heavy materials handling.
Previous experience with ERP or inventory management systems, preferably Zoho or NetSuite.
Demonstrated organizational skills, with an eye for detail in inventory accuracy.
Comfortable working in a non-AC environment while managing physically demanding tasks.
