Requirements

Proven full P&L accountability in senior leadership roles, ideally in food ingredients or manufacturing.
A track record of successfully building and scaling business operations, not just managing turnarounds.
Strong experience in driving pricing strategies and improving margins effectively.
Understanding of the North American and Latin American markets, with both a strategic and hands-on approach.
Experience working within global organizations, balancing autonomy with corporate governance.
Ability to implement structured decision-making frameworks and performance metrics during growth phases.
