Requirements

6+ years in customer support or operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in managing teams within a customer-facing environment.
Strong familiarity with customer service technology, such as Zendesk and analytics platforms like Looker.
Background in fundraising, fintech, or other regulated sectors is highly beneficial.
Demonstrated ability to manage escalations and effectively navigate complex customer scenarios.
