Requirements

5+ years of experience in product operations, engineering, or a related field.
Proven ability to design and implement processes that facilitate product development.
Familiarity with Agile and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Competency in tools such as JIRA, Notion, and Pendo.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
