Requirements

Over a decade of experience in operations management, particularly in transport or logistics.
Proven ability to lead teams through daily operational hurdles while maintaining a safety-first approach.
Strong track record of utilizing data analytics to enhance performance metrics and operational efficiencies.
Exceptional communication skills, with an emphasis on fostering stakeholder relationships and driving collective goals.
A degree in a relevant field, or extensive experience in lieu of formal education.
