Requirements

Minimum 3 years in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably with a focus on technical SaaS products.
Hands-on experience with Cloud or DevOps environments, understanding customer pain points in these areas.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to engage in technical discussions and translate them into actionable insights.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Proven organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
A genuine desire to foster relationships and collaborate as a team player.
