Requirements

5–7 years of hands-on experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, specifically in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer settings.
Proficiency with ESP/SMS platforms, particularly Klaviyo or Attentive.
Demonstrated success in enhancing customer lifetime value through targeted campaigns.
Strong analytical abilities paired with a knack for translating data into actionable marketing strategies.
Experience with campaign optimization, A/B testing, and customer journey mapping.
Familiarity with compliance standards such as CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and GDPR.
