Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills; you’ll be the voice of our brand across emails, calls, and chat.
Experience managing customer relationships, ideally within a pet care or health-focused environment.
Comfort with technology and familiarity with customer management systems—experience with Gladly is a plus.
Ability to adapt and think on your feet; improvise solutions when faced with unexpected customer needs.
Empathy for both customers and their dogs; your understanding will guide every conversation.
