Requirements

Minimum of 7 years in a leadership role within a high-volume printing environment.
Deep technical expertise in offset press operations and die-cutting processes.
Proven ability to drive performance metrics, including OEE and on-time delivery.
Experience managing diverse teams, fostering an accountable and engaged work culture.
Familiarity with Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
