Requirements

A minimum of 7 years in a manufacturing leadership role, overseeing operations with a direct impact on P&L.
Experience in engineer-to-order or fabrication environments, demonstrating a solid grasp of manufacturing intricacies.
Proven ability to analyze financial performance and drive improvements in EBITDA and cash flow.
Strong background in KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery, and operational efficiency.
