Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, Supply Chain, or Retail Merchandising.
8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in product development, preferably within the accessories sector.
A proven track record in team management, with a focus on talent development and onboarding.
Strong analytical skills to manage costings and negotiate effectively.
Familiarity with PLM systems, ideally Centric, for data tracking and reporting.
Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing design decisions across global partners.
