Requirements

Advanced degree in life sciences (MS/PhD, PharmD) is preferred.
A minimum of 6 years of experience in clinical trial management, ideally with exposure to biotech environments.
Strong grasp of ICH/GCP/FDA regulations and site monitoring, with firsthand experience in managing global clinical studies.
Proficient in developing timelines and budgets, with a proven track record in operational planning and execution.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
Demonstrated analytical abilities, with a knack for problem-solving in multifaceted scenarios.
Willingness to travel as required, including quarterly visits to our New York City headquarters.
