Requirements

Five years of experience in technical or customer support, with at least two years in a leadership role.
Proficiency in Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Jira.
A Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Legal Studies, or a related field.
Familiarity with KCS methodology is advantageous.
Hands-on experience with legal document management systems is a plus.
