Requirements

5+ years in People Operations or HR, with proven program management experience.
Hands-on familiarity with HR systems, specifically Rippling or similar platforms.
Proficiency in creating structured processes and managing multiple projects with various stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills to interpret employee feedback and engagement metrics.
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, to effectively support managers and employees.
Attention to detail, particularly regarding compliance and sensitive employee data.
