We partner with a vertical SaaS company that delivers specialized software to technical and professional users. The team is compact, focused on customer relationships, and actively shaping the Customer Success function as they expand.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in customer success or account management within a software context.
Proven capability to handle a portfolio of multiple SMB accounts, ideally with high user volumes.
Strong organizational skills for managing diverse stakeholders and competing priorities.
Comfortable demonstrating product functionality; able to quickly master technical details.
Enthusiasm for process development, with the ability to draft and refine SOPs and training materials.
Familiarity with renewals or upselling strategies is a plus, but not mandatory.
Experience in vertical SaaS or with technical users in sectors like life sciences or finance is preferred.
Willingness to work in the NYC office 3-4 days each week.

Benefits

Base salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, with a target total compensation of $110,000 to $130,000, including variable pay.
