At Velvet Caviar, we specialize in stylish phone accessories and are looking to strengthen our logistics operations. This role involves direct engagement with our manufacturing partners in China and our U.S. distribution network to ensure our products reach customers as intended.

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years in international logistics management, specifically for eCommerce and retail consumer goods.
Degree in Supply Chain Management or a closely related discipline.
Hands-on experience liaising with factories in China and coordinating with U.S. warehouses.
Proven skill in negotiating freight rates and understanding ocean vs. air freight options.
Deep knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs compliance.
Adept with Excel, particularly in developing and managing complex formulas for analysis.
Fluency in Mandarin is advantageous.
Available for occasional evening meetings to align with our partners in China.
