Requirements

3-5 years in a Beauty Events or Education role with a solid history of measurable success.
Experience working directly with major retailers like Sephora, ULTA, and Nordstrom.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheet; familiarity with data analysis for event ROI is a plus.
Basic understanding of beauty artistry and brand storytelling.
Willingness to travel for event execution and planning as necessary.
