Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree is essential, with a graduate degree preferred.
3 to 5 years of management experience in a support or technical environment.
Hands-on proficiency with Tableau, Workday, SFDC, and JIRA.
Experience in Enterprise Support Management with a focus on HCI, Cloud, and datacenter technologies.
Proven ability to manage critical customer situations effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach to resolving complex issues.
Ability to nurture leadership within your team and deliver constructive feedback.
