Your role as the Regional Manager will involve direct leadership and support for our Store Managers as we strive to uphold our brand values and community engagement.

Requirements

Five years in a leadership capacity, preferably in a retail environment.
Experience managing multiple stores and direct reports.
Proven ability to analyze financial data and develop action plans based on insights.
Willingness to travel between store locations regularly, including some overnight stays.
Adaptability to participate in various store activities, from staffing to guest engagement.
Eligible to work in Miami, Florida.
