Requirements

Experience in leading diverse teams, ideally in retail or service-oriented sectors.
Proficient in operational management, including budget oversight and audit processes.
Strong analytical skills to drive business decisions based on data.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data tracking.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
Availability for weekend communication, particularly during peak seasons.
