Overview A fast-growing, digitally native Women's fashion brand is seeking a Senior Ecommerce Manager to take full ownership of its Shopify storefront. The website is the primary revenue channel, and performance across conversion, average order value, and overall funnel efficiency is central to continued growth

.The Role This is a hands-on, commercially driven position with full accountability for site performance improvements across the entire customer journey, from landing page through checkout. Working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and customer experience, your focus will be on turning traffic into revenue

eOwn site revenue, conversion rate (CVR), and average order value (AOV
)Identify drop-off points and optimise the full funnel (PDP → cart → checkout
