Requirements

8 to 10 years in strategy or operations roles, ideally within consulting, finance, or direct operational management.
Diverse experience in developing strategies that balance both quality and scale in fluid environments.
A strong analytical mindset; you will need to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
Proven success in managing multi-faceted projects that require collaboration across various teams.
Excellent communication skills that enable you to influence diverse stakeholders, from product managers to senior executives.
Proficiency with data analysis tools; familiarity with SQL and analytics platforms such as Looker is beneficial.
