Requirements

3+ years managing a team in food service, retail, or hospitality, with direct experience leading teams of 10 or more.
Proven ability to understand and manage store-level P&L, labor costs, and sales metrics.
Hands-on management style with a focus on leading from the floor rather than behind a desk.
Experience with coaching and developing team members in a fast-paced environment.
Solid grasp of operational standards, including inventory management and compliance.
Food safety certification or Food Handler Card.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
