Plant Manager

A growing industrial manufacturing organization is seeking a Plant Manager to lead a highly visible operation supporting engineered industrial products in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment.

Compensation target: Up to $190K base + bonus

What You’ll Own

Plant operations across safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost
Continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives
Workforce optimization and operational flow improvements
Backlog reduction and throughput improvement
Leadership of production, engineering, quality, safety, and warehouse teams
Cross-functional partnership with supply chain, customer service, and leadership

What We’re Looking For

Plant leadership experience within industrial manufacturing
High-mix, low-volume manufacturing experience
Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement background
Experience improving operational efficiency and productivity
Strong floor presence and hands-on leadership style
Ability to lead culture change within an established operation
Engineering background preferred
