Requirements

Seven years of experience in event planning or marketing, with a proven track record in large-scale events.
At least three years in a leadership role, managing a team of coordinators or similar professionals.
Thorough understanding of budget management and a keen eye for ROI metrics.
Experience working in mixed-use or multi-stakeholder environments, ideally in retail or entertainment settings.
Strong proficiency in data analysis related to event performance and customer engagement metrics.
