H2 Performance Consulting is actively engaged in supporting critical defense initiatives at the White Sands Missile Range. We seek an Operations Team Leader who can seamlessly integrate project management with team dynamics to ensure our mission's success.

Requirements

Active Secret clearance at the time of application.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a relevant field, or an Associate’s degree with significant experience.
Minimum of seven years of direct experience in operations or project management.
Security+ CE certification required; MCSE or CCNA/CCNP preferred.
ITIL Foundations and Intermediate certifications are a strong plus.
Proficient in managing multi-faceted projects, including scope, resources, and timelines.
Must be a U.S. citizen with a valid driver's license.
Ability to operate company vehicles and maintain necessary insurance.
