You'll lead our operations at the West Deptford site, which is pivotal in delivering high-quality solutions for the pharmaceutical industry.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a closely related discipline; advanced degrees are a plus.
A minimum of 15 years in leadership roles within small molecule API manufacturing, demonstrating extensive knowledge of cGMP, FDA, and DEA regulations.
Proven track record in managing P&L, with experience in leading operational turnarounds or startups.
Hands-on experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong familiarity with ERP systems, particularly D365, and a solid grasp of process safety management.
