Requirements

5 to 8 years of operations management experience in the luxury retail sector.
Proven track record in leading teams and managing direct reports.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SAP preferred.
Ability to navigate a retail environment, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
